Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)
Q: What is the cost for a class?
A: A two hour class is $35 per person and three hour class is $45. Children’s classes are $25 (ages 5 to 14).
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend 20 to 30 minutes before the class starts. This allows time to settle in with your beverages and snacks before we start painting.
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: Yes! We’ll have a spot set up for you before you arrive. If you have special requests or friends attending that you would like to sit by, just write a note in the comment box during check out or send us an email (…just give us 24 hours notice).
Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
A: For regular classes we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a full refund.
For Private Parties a 7 day written notice is required or your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00
Q: What size are your paintings?
A: We offer several canvas sizes for our paintings. The recommended size is noted on the information page for each painting. If you would like a different size, just let us know and we'll change it for you at no additional charge.
Q: There's a painting that I like, but I want different colors. Can I change them?
A: Of course! Just let us know your color preference and we’ll have it ready for you.
Q: What do I need to bring to a class?
A: Whatever you would like to eat or drink. We’ll take care of everything else including glasses, openers and of course... all the art supplies.
Q: What if I am artistically challenged?
A: No problem. So are many of the people that attend our classes. Our instructors will provide step-by-step instructions for each painting, or if you're feeling inspired...go with it!
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Because we are a BYOB Studio, we ask that anyone under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult for our evening classes. Other than that, anyone is able to participate in the class of their choosing.
